Established in 1991 by Bishop Matthew and Pastor Debra Smalls Great Deliverance Ministry has faithfully served the community for over 30 years. Great Deliverance Ministry is a faith based community organization focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. With the help of our tireless staff, we organize fundraisers, exciting community-building events, and in-depth training sessions for our volunteers. At our services we invite and encourage each individual to see themselves as God sees us which is victorious in every area of our lives.
